Our mission and vision is to help eradicate obesity and other lifestyle diseases that are caused by the foods that we eat, through quality education based on scientific principles and tested techniques.
Our founder, Fat Loss Breakthrough Coach and Lifestyle Strategist, Ben Solomon, was a fat kid from the age of about 3 to 18. At the age of 18, after living through some horrible bullying, teasing and taunting, decided ‘Enough is Enough’.
Real Natural Fat Loss is the result of 15+ years of trying various diets, exercising and finally finding the truth about various foods and how they affect our bodies and get it to store or let go of fat.
Realising that most people have been fooled by clever marketing and bad science propagated by the media and food establishments as the ‘gospel’, he has decided to step out of his introverted comfort zone, and share his findings and do what he loves doing best – helping fellow human beings get fit and have a great life.
He has been helping friends, family and people on various forums online, with tips on fat loss and would now like to work with committed individuals, who would like to lose fat, gain health and live a great life, by re-engineering their lifestyles and eating foods that nourish their bodies, and literally force the body to burn off the excess fat.
In addition to being an Engineer (which means he is a fanatic when it comes to finding the core truths around any issue, getting to the root causes rather than fixing the outside symptoms and a fanatic tester and experimenter) and a Technology Strategist, he is also Certified as a Clinical Weight Loss Coach, Paleo Nutritionist and an Advanced Sports and Exercise Nutritional Adviser. He is also in pursuit of a certification in Personal Training to give him the deep knowledge of exercise and its role in fat loss, to assist clients in a holistic manner.
He also realised that it was not ‘one tactic’ or ‘one secret’, but a combination of things which include mindset, nutrition, limited exercise and rest.
